Washington Youth Soccer is a strong supporter of TOPSoccer, with 15 local chapters. Locally, TOPSoccer is administered by Alice Russell through the Tukwila/Skyway Soccer Club. Contact Alice directly at arussell78@msn.com if you have questions or wish to participate in this special program.

Our primary goal is to enable children with disabilities to develop their physical fitness, self esteem, and to gain friendships through the joy of excitement of playing soccer.

TOPSoccer is not geared towards any specific type of disability. There are varied types and levels of participation to meet the needs of any child that wishes to participate.

All TOPSoccer coaches and buddies must register prior to participating in the program. Click here to register. To register, follow the link on the left, click on Programs, then click on TOPSoccer and follow the directions on the left menu to register in the Tukwila folder.
